The Lead Qualification Pipeline is a complete inbound lead management workflow that uses AI scoring to prioritize leads, assigns them to the right sales rep, and starts nurturing sequences automatically.

How Scoring Works
Each lead is scored 0–100 based on: company size, industry fit, engagement signals (email opens, page visits), explicit BANT answers, and CRM enrichment data. Leads above 70 are flagged as MQL and auto-assigned.
Installation
Installation
1. Install from **Settings → Plugins**
2. Go to **Workflows → Templates** — you'll see "Lead Qualification Pipeline"
3. Click **Activate** and walk through the setup wizard
4. Customize the stages for your sales process
5. Configure your nurture email templates under **Email → Templates**
6. Set assignment rules under **CRM → Routing Rules**
Customization
All workflow nodes are fully editable in the visual workflow builder. Common customizations:
- Adjust scoring weights per signal
- Add or remove nurture email steps
- Change assignment logic (round-robin, territory, capacity-based)
- Set qualification thresholds (MQL, SQL, SAL)
