Google Sheets Sync lets you export and sync any UniCore data to Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, or sharing with stakeholders who prefer working in spreadsheets.

    Installation

    Installation

    1. Install from **Settings → Plugins**

    2. In plugin settings, click **Authorize Google Account**

    3. Select the Google account and grant Sheets read/write access

    4. Create your first sync:

    - Choose a **data source** (e.g., CRM Contacts)

    - Choose or create a **target spreadsheet**

    - Map columns

    - Set sync frequency

    5. Click **Run Sync** to test immediately

    Formula-Safe Mode

    Enable **Formula-safe mode** to protect your calculated columns. With this mode on, the sync will only write to columns that were created by the sync — columns you've added manually (with formulas or manual data) are left untouched.

    Service Account Setup (Recommended)

    For production use, create a Google Service Account instead of using personal OAuth:

    1. Go to **console.cloud.google.com** → IAM → Service Accounts

    2. Create a service account and download the JSON key

    3. Share your target spreadsheet with the service account email

    4. Upload the JSON key in plugin settings
