The Challenge
A restaurant chain with 5 locations had no centralized inventory system. Each location ordered supplies independently, leading to inconsistent costs, food waste from over-ordering, and no visibility into per-product cost tracking.
The Solution
Deployed UniCore ERP with multi-warehouse inventory (one per location), automated supplier ordering via Kafka workflows, and product-level cost tracking using the built-in cost price fields. The Finance Agent generates weekly expense reports, while LINE and Telegram bots handle reservation inquiries.
