The Challenge

A retail chain with 12 warehouses was managing inventory in spreadsheets. Stock discrepancies caused overselling, manual reordering led to stockouts, and month-end financial reporting took 5 days to compile.

The Solution

Deployed the full UniCore ERP suite with multi-warehouse inventory, automated stock movement tracking, and Kafka-based workflow automation. Low-stock events trigger automatic purchase orders via the Ops Agent, while the Finance Agent generates real-time P&L reports using PostgreSQL views.
