Installation
Installation
1. Install from **Settings → Plugins**
2. Configure your Data Controller details (company name, DPO contact)
3. Define data retention policies per data category (contacts, chat logs, invoices)
4. Set up consent forms under **Compliance → Consent Management**
5. Customize DSAR response templates under **Compliance → Templates**
Data Subject Request Handling
When a request comes in:
1. Go to **Compliance → Data Subject Requests**
2. Click **New Request** and enter the subject's email
3. The system automatically collects all personal data across CRM, chat history, invoices, and audit logs
4. Review and generate the report PDF
5. Mark the request as fulfilled — the system records the completion date for audit purposes
