    Installation

    1. Install from **Settings → Plugins**

    2. Create a Discord application at **discord.com/developers/applications**

    3. Create a Bot user and copy the token

    4. Enable the following Privileged Gateway Intents:

    - Message Content Intent

    - Server Members Intent

    5. Enter the bot token in plugin settings

    6. Use the OAuth2 URL generator to invite the bot to your server (with `bot` and `applications.commands` scopes)

    7. Configure channel permissions and register slash commands

    Slash Commands

    After installation, these commands are available in Discord:

    - `/unicore help` — list available commands

    - `/unicore contact <email>` — look up a CRM contact

    - `/unicore ticket <message>` — create a support ticket
